AI writing sounds like everyone

You can tell. You can always tell.

It's not the grammar. The grammar is fine. It's the voice. There is no voice. There's a smooth, competent, vaguely enthusiastic non-voice that sounds like every other AI-generated paragraph on the internet.

"In today's rapidly evolving landscape..." Nobody talks like that. Nobody thinks like that. It's language designed to fill space without taking a position.

The whole point of writing is to sound like yourself. To have a point of view that someone might disagree with. To leave things out because you decided they didn't matter. AI can't decide what doesn't matter. It includes everything, hedges every claim, qualifies every statement.

If your content sounds like it could have been written by anyone, it will be read by no one. Voice is the last competitive advantage in content. Outsource it at your own risk.
